How We Charge

We provide good value by delivering great advice at a reasonable price. We keep our costs low by keeping our overheads to a minimum.

Typically, we charge at the hourly rate we agree with you upfront. For some work, we are able to offer capped pricing. We’re also happy to discuss different rates for longer-term project work and commitments.

We only charge you for work you need and we only take on work if we’re confident that we are the right people for the job (we’ll do our best to help you find someone else if we aren’t).

We are always happy to give you an initial estimate – if you tell us what your budget is we will tell you truthfully what we think we can deliver for your price and if we think it will meet your needs.

In line with our regulatory obligations we provide details of the potential costs if a client instructs Co-Counsel in relation to an Employment Tribunal matter or an immigration matter. Please see our Regulatory, Compliance & Complaints page for more information.
